✅Maximum deposit limits are set for each collateral type across supported blockchains (e.g., Arbitrum, Ethereum, Base). For example, specific caps are defined for USDT and ETH to manage global risk.

Loan-to-Value (LTV) Ratio:

✅LTV is a critical metric that measures the ratio of a trader’s negative USDC value (including negative balance and unrealized PnL) to the value of their collateral.
✅A lower LTV indicates a safer loan, reducing the risk of liquidation. The acceptable LTV range is below 95%. If the LTV reaches or exceeds 95%, or if the negative USDC value hits -11,000, the system automatically converts a portion of the collateral into USDC to reduce LTV to a safer level.
