I view @NetworkNoya with cautious optimism. The project is ambitious with its AI and cross-chain goals, but its terms raise serious questions. It clearly states it takes no responsibility for losses from system errors or market moves. In today’s regulatory climate, that could be a major risk.

If someone loses funds due to AI failure, is there a dispute resolution process? So far, I have not seen one in their documents. Operating across multiple chains could also expose @NetworkNoya to complex legal risks in different regions.

My suggestion is for @NetworkNoya to work with legal experts and set up a clear responsibility framework. A compensation fund or insurance model could also help reduce risk for users. If NOYA wants to go far, it needs to prepare for legal challenges before they show up.
