And that is one hell of a Friday evening SEDI filing

The CEO of Northern Dynasty $NAK $NDM.V sold XXXXXXX shares on July 14th during the two weeks extension, he was not in fact "the one who resisted temptation"

What's funny is the options exercise that he probably did (you don't do the above sale AND let in the money options expire in the same week) doesn't get filed on SEDI same time

But back to the main point:
