Download one of the apps and go through KYC (know your customer). They will ask you for all your information and you will have to provide a copy of the geo t and back of your id card. Once you do that you will have an account setup. Next you need to add currency to that account. You can link your bank account from whatever bank you use and send money from your bank to the exchange account. I use more then any other exchange personally nowadays but you can use whichever one fits you best or use several different exchanges. Once you have moved money from your bank to your exchange account you just buy crypto with the money you put into your exchange account. If you want to move it back to your bank you sell the crypto back to cash and then move the cash back to your bank through a wire transfer or ach it over.
