Pushes from some sports media for University Admins on the CFP committee to be replaced with sports media folks. Most of them do the vote just for the notoriety. You can tell they aren't actually analyzing the whole field nor do they appear to be sharing notes all that much. It used to be when it first started that the local sports folks around each team shared what they knew about their team as they were the ones with local knowledge. For example, the local guys in Tempe were telling everyone to watch out for ASU last season but nobody listened.
