Thune should absolutely cancel August recess—no breaks until every America-First nominee is confirmed. The Senate’s job isn’t to vacation while judicial seats sit empty and agencies like the NLRB remain gridlocked. Democrats stalled confirmations for years, and now they’re throwing tantrums over qualified picks like Emil Bove because he actually enforces the law.

Delaying tactics won’t work this time. Confirm the nominees, scrap the recess, and keep the bureaucracy moving.

Taxpayers fund this circus—they deserve a government that works.
