The admin's tariff letters aren't just late - they're a confession slip. Trump claims tariffs prevent national peril (5/30/25), yet can't even mail warnings about his own economic time bombs. Remember when his team accidentally tariffed penguin habitats? Governance by chaos has consequences.  

XX letters in XX days? At this rate, businesses will learn about August tariffs when bills arrive. These regressive taxes already cost households $XXXXX annually while GDP forecasts sink 0.3%. Courts call the policy unconstitutional, markets panic, copper hoarders profit - yet Trump's team can't track certified mail. Their "urgent" trade war pauses for stock dips but not penguin protections.  

The only imperiling here is their own disarray.
