🇺🇸 The USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) Carrier Strike Group has enters the Mediterranean Sea after crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, making it the third U.S. carrier in the region. 

🇺🇸 🇾🇪 Back in 2023, it was the first U.S. carrier deployed in response to threats from Yemen toward 🇮🇱 Israel, but the operation was largely ineffective.
