#OTD in 2012: a Royal Brunei AF Bell XXX [TY133] crashes in Ulu Belait (Brunei), XX of XX aboard die. Helicopter was returning from a training mission when it impacted trees. Enquiry pointed pilot actions, namely unauthorized low-level flying, resulting in a CFIT occurrence.
