I think I am done supporting microcap projects where the devs are just employees instead of the project leaders.  

Tired of seeing CEOs making excuses about their dev teams.  This does not apply to VC-backed or higher cap projects, but if you are sub-1m$ market cap and have 3–4 devs plus 2–3 so-called leaders, something is off because you simply can not pay all the team with only taxes. 

Either your devs are trash working for peanuts, or you have no real dev team and are just farming.
