Happy #NationalDaiquiriDay! In addition to overseeing the construction of Bethesda Naval Hospital, RADM Lucius Johnson introduced the daiquiri to the U.S.  He discovered the rum and lime juice cocktail while in Cuba in 1909 and brought the recipe to the Army and Navy Club in D.C.
