Since 2006, Steven Conn racked up over XX criminal cases: • Multiple drug felonies (cocaine, methamphetamine) • Firearm possession as felon • Evading arrest (multiple times) • Assault cases • Driving violations His pattern with prosecutors: • 2016: F1 drug charge dismissed after XX months of delays • 2018: Two driving cases dismissed same day • 2023: Gun charge as felon — still pending with multiple bond modifications • 2024: Two new drug felonies — out on ankle monitor that was later removed Conn served real prison time only once (4 yrs for cocaine in 2007).
