@O__V__P @Facts0601 Not small at this pt. 830k units are pre-1974 rent stabilized. That’s a lot of landlords covering ~35% of the City’s rentals.

The “affordable housing” rent stabilized units that have much higher rents, get tax breaks, & bc req less maintenance are largely fine.

Older units? No.
