🇺🇸 2025: SOCIAL MEDIA UP, TRUST IN NEWS DOWN - AND EVERYONE’S BLAMING AI

For the first time ever, social media just passed TV as America’s top news source.

Obviously the best place to get world updates is between a thirst trap and dog memes.

Globally, XX% of people say they can’t tell what’s real anymore.
In the U.S., it’s basically a coin flip with Wi-Fi.

Meanwhile, AI’s stormed the newsroom:
Faster, cheaper... trusted? Not so much.

Most people say AI-generated news is less accurate, less transparent, and less trustworthy - but super efficient, so we keep using it.

Oh, and chatbots?
Only X% of people use them weekly for news.
