How about this theory?

Richard Heart is still making a decentralized stable coin, but it's not p-DAI.

Doesn't that make the most sense at this point?

I'm sure p-DAI as a memecoin will continue to exist and have a community and nothing is stopping it from reaching $X as a memecoin, but why on earth would RH all of a sudden claim it now is beyond my comprehension or imagination.
