@O__V__P @Facts0601 You’re ignoring these are the rent stabilized units we’re talking about. 830k of them are pre-1974, receive no subsidy, carry median rents <$1500/mo, & rents aren’t skyrocketing but haven’t even been allowed to keep up w/inflation since 2013.
