1) retail buying at 1.5-2x NAV are gonna get cooked when they return back to 1:1

2) when next bear comes, they will be forced sellers and this will cause leverage washout 

3) what we’ve seen right now is the beginning, but as the market froth continues we’ll likely see far more egregious treasury vehicles for highly speculative tokens (memes etc), these will burn ppl as well
