I came across a couple smart founders with a brand new AI SaaS.

They were raising a $300k seed round at a $3m valuation. Only $1k MRR but brand new & great traction. Fair valuation.

They raised the round VERY fast & chose to 3x the valuation as a result

Would you still invest?
