As soon as you cross the border into Starbase, the roads are clean, free of potholes, and well-maintained. The entire area is undergoing insane development—new homes being built, a new office building, the second tower, and of course, a boardwalk stretching to the beach. There’s no doubt you can feel the current and future prosperity in the area, all thanks to SpaceX. It’s been almost two years since my last visit, and this place has developed at a mind-blowing pace.
