The voting age population of America in 2023 was 262M. 
Colbert's TV audience was 2024-25 was 3.61M or just XXX% of the total TV viewing audience in America. I'm sure the percent of his audience who are on the Left or who are RINOs is 99.99%.
Assuming Democrat's are XX% of voters then Colbert is viewed by XXX% of Democrat voters.
But his secondary impacts on popular culture via snippets of his schtick replayed on X, YouTube(?) and elsewhere gives him more thought-controlling impact on the Left than the percentages indicate... 
But someone people with too much control over other-people's money seemed convinced he was necessary to the anti-America Left's long march through the cultural institutions of America...
