What Happened: 🔹️June 2023: Camelot sparked incentive discussions. 🔹️Sept 2023: STIP funded 30+ protocols. 🔹️Late 2023: LTIPP introduced structure and reviews. 🔹️2024: Overlaps, confusion, and a proposed "incentive detox" led to a pause and reevaluation.
