In my own opinion @theblessnetwork tokenomics is well designed the only thing you should be worried about is the conversion rate from TIME to BLESS

I believe the Bless Network values the community and wouldn't treat them wrong 

The whole vision of Bless Network aligns with incentives for the community, that's why you run Bless node, contribute Compute and you get rewarded

My own take is make sure you are running your nodes as you are Yapping hmmm
