So from what I know... 

@Anoma is a different/new kind of Blockchain that helps people, apps to communicate with themselves.

 It is intent-centric, that is, it's tailored to user's intent and allows them to build on a decentralized operating system.

 They say it's an operating system that powers a new Internet, I say it's a new type of Internet that powers apps and ecosystems.
