This week, we closed on a $5Musd convertible instrument from and a $4Mcad private placement, totaling $7.9M USD to buy more ₿. We currently hold XXXXXXXXXXX BTC, but will increase by this time next week. As Director of Bitcoin Strategy, I’m focused on advancing our Bitcoin treasury mandate, and this week’s efforts have been outstanding. Our mission to grow shareholder value through a Bitcoin-focused reserve strategy drives everything we do. On Wednesday, Mehdi and I joined @TimKotzman for an in studio discussion. It was great to sit down with Tim and discuss everything happening at @BelgraviaBLGV. Additionally, we hosted our first live video Spaces on X this week, featuring Round13 Digital Asset Fund’s Managing Partner, Khaled Verjee, who has been a key advisor to us. The turnout was our best yet, with nearly XXXXX views in XX hours, showcasing the growing excitement around our vision. Our X page grew from XXX followers last week to XXX this week, with our community group now at XXX members. I review all posts daily, as our shareholders are a vital part of our team. Your insights are invaluable, and I’m grateful for the support from @RoaringRagnar, @Wealth_Theory, @RoxomTV, @DunderHodl, @btcNLNico, @markrsinclair and many others for amplifying our message. A special shoutout to @AdamBliv for covering us this week, it was phenomenally done and brought a tremendous amount of attention and support. I spent multiple days in Toronto for investor meetings, alongside our regular online meetings. We’re fortunate to have supportive institutional investors, some of whom have invested or are considering investing, and I’ll continue to strengthen these relationships to support our Bitcoin strategy.
