They should have a benefits Administration team for pensions and Healthcare benefits. And then a security team to do ID badges and background checks, but the majority of Human Resource Employment Services personnel can be let go across the board. Return the hiring to the hiring officers but then pick you they want and like we always say no diversity Equity inclusion hiring everything based on Merit, let the hiring officer decide which of the candidates they want and the one that they pick they sent back to human resource for making the offering processing.
