🇸🇾 SUWAYDA BURNS - CEASEFIRE IN NAME ONLY AS CLASHES RAGE ON

Despite last night’s ceasefire deal brokered by Damascus, heavy fighting continues between Druze militias and Bedouin/tribal factions in and around Suwayda.

Syrian security forces are deployed - but not intervening.

Why? Officials say they’re holding back over fears of Israeli airstrikes if Damascus moves in directly.

Ceasefire declared.
Ground reality: Total chaos.
