That’s not opinion, that’s confirmed by the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Mueller Report, and a bipartisan Senate Intelligence investigation. Hacking DNC emails, running social media disinfo, the whole thing. Even the GOP-led Senate said it. Now Tulsi Gabbard pops up with some declassified memos from late 2016. They showed Russia didn’t hack or change vote tallies. True. But that doesn’t erase the rest of the interference. MAGA takes that tiny piece and screams “see, they framed Trump.” No. It just means Russia didn’t flip the actual votes, they still ran a massive influence op. Obama? He told his people “by the book.” The FBI’s Russia probe started with intel on Trump’s own guy Papadopoulos, not Obama’s orders. And all the investigations, Mueller, DOJ Inspector General, Senate reports, found no conspiracy by Obama’s team to fake evidence. Now here’s the part they really don’t want to admit. Even if you believed their fantasy, Obama can’t be charged. Why? Because the Supreme Court ruling MAGA cheered for Trump gave all presidents immunity for official acts. Yes, even treason committed in office is protected if it’s tied to presidential duties. The ruling didn’t carve out some special exception for treason. It said absolute immunity for official acts. So legally and factually, Obama can’t be charged. Russia interfered, Obama didn’t fake it, and even if you wanted to twist reality, the Supreme Court itself locked in immunity for him the same way it did for Trump. So no, there’s no treason, no charges, no case. Just another distraction to keep you from looking at the real mess your cult leader is in.
