Uber's multi-prong approach to the threat of AV is really interesting. Their partners eat up the cost, and resource to develop AV while they potentially capture % of the TAM. This scales out by multiple cities and countries. This could be an interest play until $TSLA fully scales.

$TLA has no choice to but to accelerate AV in 2026 or they will fall behind to market adoption. This is also good for overall state of regulatory as many companies are seeking permissions.
