AUSTIN MAN David Reynoso Jaimes kills 4-year-old girl in head-on crash after fleeing separate hit-and-run, driving on grass median to pass traffic.

Jaimes was previously deported to Mexico in 2005 after drug conviction. Returned illegally.

After crash that ejected and killed Alaia Rose Carrizales, hospital discharged Jaimes without notifying DPS. He walked free for X days before arrest.

Now facing manslaughter charges on $XXXXXXX bond.
