Senator Rand Paul refuses to give up on prosecuting Dr. Fauci—and he wants to challenge his pardon, signed by the autopen, in court.

He called on Trump’s DOJ to “do their job” and “indict Anthony Fauci for the felony of lying to Congress.”

“They can plead that he has been pardoned, but then the court could judge whether the pardon is valid.”
