@Siriu_sol @economist @blknoiz06 Silly. L2s have different degrees of decentralization just like L1s. It’s impossible to make a generalization like that. 

Bank L2s will be semi-centralized and that’s very much why they’ll opt for it over an L1 directly. Feature, not bug.
