The Druze are absolutely real—an Arab ethnoreligious group clustered in Lebanon, Syria, and Israel. Their identity is weaponized by Israel when it’s convenient (like their "loyal" Druze units) and ignored when it’s not (like the Golan Druze cut off from their Syrian kin).
