@BTC_Archive I'm not seeing that $9B hitting the orderbooks, meaning no sell pressure. If this tx is true then it'd be an OTC transaction between said whale and another big entity. 

The long term impact is bullish, as it reflects a $9B of increased capital stored in the BTC network.
