@MayorMikeDuggan Plus cuts those Japanese out of the supply chain entirely since no masks will be needed (made by ebeam). Scale by number of e-beam machines, rather than wafers per hour per machine. You can make anything plus its self reinforcing since the high BW photonics needed can be made.
