I think my Web3 turning point was when I got locked out of a platform I had spent months building on. No warning, no way to recover anything. That’s when it really hit me, I never actually owned any of it.

Since then, I started paying more attention to what “ownership” really means online. I realized most platforms are just renting space to you. They hold the keys, not you.

That’s what made me look deeper into projects that actually give people control over what they build and contribute.

I’ve been spending time on @JoinSapien lately. It’s one of the few places that feels like it was built with real people in mind, where your work, time, and ideas actually count for something.

Not saying it’s perfect, but it’s been worth checking out.
