Since i’ve started covering Tesla X years ago, Tesla short sellers have constantly threatened us that we would go to jail, get fined, get sued etc if we didn’t hate Tesla like they did. 

The reality is there is nothing illegal about getting revenue share from social media. Meanwhile, these guys orchestrated an illegal short and distort while incessantly harassing Tesla fans for no reason. 

I hope someday the anonymous Tesla shorts are unmasked and prosecuted.
