8/28 (A little note by our friend Nicholaus, from @EssenceOfSafety . “To be absolutely precise, the fuel switches were recorded as moving from the RUN position to the OFF position. Buttons and switches have malfunctioned in the past (e.g. I am aware of one case where the autopilot engage push button went from off to on on its own, although this is so rare that it is extremely unlikely to be the reason )" 

Note the button is similar to the fuel switches debated in this case
