X /28 To sum it simply, shortly after the jet became airborne, the switches were set from “Run” to “Off”, which immediately cuts fuel to the engines and causing them to “spool down”(Ie -lose power)  [There is evidence they were shortly after set to “Run”, hinting at a restart attempt, but there wasn’t enough time for a “relight” before impact]
