Katy Perry nearly falls on audience during concert in San Francisco

While performing her hit Roar, Perry was lifted into the air on a giant mechanical butterfly. But the structure suddenly jolted and started swaying, forcing the singer to stop singing as she struggled to keep her balance.

A few seconds later, the butterfly stabilized, and the performance continued.
