$hiti The High Tide Cronos deal was basically a C$30 million X% note with a X year term and a XXX million option kicker at a XX% premium from current market price. High Tide has C$60+ million in the bank now for deals and growth.

High Tide can buy back the debt at any time and has to give it's permission if they want to convert at C$4.20.

It's a very good deal in a tough market to raise money. About half the interest cost of the last deal they did and a longer term with options to raise more money at higher prices if they choose.
