I was not aware that @alexcrognale was a Bitcoiner. Regarding the point he raises, putting my money into Bitcoin and $MSTR vs. Real Estate has been one of the wisest decisions that I have ever made. No repairs to make, no bad tenants to deal with, no property tax to pay. Just gains.
