If there are really intelligent aliens out there that can reach us there is almost zero chance they will attack us. Earth and us will have nothing much to offer such an advanced civilization that can explore the vast Universe. They should also be more spiritually advanced. This idea of Aliens colonizing earth is a western imperialist one shaped by their own culture and civilization that did such things in a primitive way.
