And what do I mean by the government? Well, basically the government can nuke a stock and a company overnight with regulation without a single warning. Biggest example: $BABA and also all the online education companies during covid that lost all their value overnight due to regulations (Online Edu companies had new regulations on the fee structures overnight that basically meant they make $X money moving forward. It was done on purpose as the Government did not like the online edu model). You basically have to hope your company grows, but doesn't grow fast or big enough for the government to intervene. That's not something I want to be invested in.
