How It Works

Before listing, each property undergoes valuation, ownership checks, and rental viability assessments. The asset is placed into a legally backed special purpose vehicle (LLC/SPV), with documents stored securely on-chain.  

◽Funding Auction:
Properties launch via a time limited auction. Once fully funded, tokens representing fractional ownership are issued.
