During this cycle top utility projects (like FET, VIRTUALS, RENDER, TAO etc (AI related examples)) have reached lower valuation than last cycle. If project has reached X to 5~B valuation this cycle or so far, then it has been or is among the new top performers (excluding handful that went higher). We have huge difference to last cycles when comparing current ATH valuations. Asking for a 5B valuation to me is not ”realistic” at the current time since we are not even at 1B valuation for example.
