Yes. The US government will not relent control of the  world reserve currency status anytime soon. And Ethereum and Solana will benefit from being the guardrails of the stable coin system which will help bond yields while ensuring that we can keep our status. At least for the foreseeable future. This is one thing that #Bitcoin maxi struggle to understand but it is true.
