@Fat_Electrician The year 1066 in England. The last year the English had an Englishman for a King. They almost got a Viking as their ruler, but beat them at the Battle of Stamford Bridge. Then lost to Norman French at the Battle of Hastings. That's how William the Bastard became the Conqueror.
