 As early as 2018–2019, Miles Guo, along with Bannon and his team, jointly proposed a strategic recommendation and submitted a book to over a dozen countries, urging them to unconditionally accept Hongkongers and grant them permanent residency. If countries like the UK, Germany, and Brazil had opened their land and policies to allow XXXXXXX Hongkongers to relocate and develop, their GDP, technology, healthcare, and institutional civilization would have rapidly advanced. Today, many nations recognize this proposal—but it's too late.
