While Jews were programming upper income intelligent White people not to have kids, they were simultaneously pushing for the Hart-Cellar act, pushing for welfare for Blacks, and pushing for foreign aid via the UN.

The plan is obvious in retrospect. Dilute the White Majority in the U.S. to prevent Facism, take their money, fund their replacements, create a dumber brownish nation to be ruled with media, instant gratification, and jewish power.
