Gavin Wood’s talk at @Web3Summit reveals a major shift for @Polkadot moving beyond scalability to focus on identity, security, and capital efficiency.

@Polkadot is replacing NPoS with a Proof of Personhood model, slashing its security spend and introducing stricter validator standards.

 Modular zk based security (zkJAM) and a native DOT backed stablecoin are also on the way.

A leaner, smarter network is being built ready for what Web3 demands next.
